Works with Sales Team on the coordination of events once contracted, including key client pre-event meetings Execute pre-event requirements and ensure all are fulfilled for successful events Ensures seamless turnover from sales to operations and back to sales while consistently delivering a high level of service.
Manages, evaluates and troubleshoots events effectively; recommending and implementing adjustments to reduce park expenses and increase event revenue while maintaining high levels of guest experience satisfaction.
Collaborates and provides recommendations, monitor the parks event workflow for all operational departments including Food and Beverage, Park Operations and Sales partners to ensure successful events.
Conducts physical inspections of all areas of the facility to ensure accurate event setup and safety for patrons.
Responsible for hanging and repair signs both inside and outside of both parks.
Work with the Group Sales team in coordination of all onsite activation, signage placement, reports, compliance photos, client visits, film, television and photo shoots.
Maintain all signs and sign frames to keep them clean and free of debris, defects, and water spots.
Other duties as assigned.
Skills and
Qualifications:
Must have the ability to lift 50lbs multiple times throughout the day.
Must be able to work outside with basic hand tools.
Must have a solid knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Out of the box, creative thinker with an enthusiastic attitude.
Ability to work in fast pace, ever changing team environment.
Must be well organized with excellent time management skills.
Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.
Must be people friendly.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
