This position reports directly to the quality leader and is responsible for being the voice of the customer and acts as the quality liaison through frequent customer contact. This position works under moderate to low level of supervision and seeks direction/guidance on unique or difficult problems.

Acts as the Customer Advocate within Woodward processes and systems.
