Senior Digital Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced eCommerce leader who is passionate about solving customer and business challenges by optimizing digital platforms and developing new digital experiences. The Senior Digital Product Manager is an integrator between the business and technology teams, driving strategic initiatives from concept to completion. This person will develop and champion an ecommerce strategy and roadmap to increase revenue, customer engagement and satisfaction for PDC's eCommerce sites and distribution channel sites.The ideal individual is a voice of the customer champion and should have expertise in best practices for B2B ecommerce, digital merchandising, and product content. The Sr. Digital Product Manager will oversee the product merchandising team and have dotted line reporting from the web development team. Ideate on new eCommerce product ideas, analyze them for feasibility, quantify business impact, and take them from ideation phase to launch phase Create and manage a roadmap for a portfolio of digital products from strategic planning to tactical activities. Includes the writing of requirement documents, the development of customer wireframes and use cases and working with our engineering team/web development team to deliver and monitor all releases. Conduct market research and user testing to understand how customers are interacting with the websites and develop enhancements based on the results/ analysis. Analysis and research should also include the development of support feedback loops, customer visits, voice of customer studies, and sales interviews. Continuously analyze website performance and customer feedback and respond quickly to diagnose and address issues. Create Usability, A/B, Multivariate tests to continuously improve existing websites and consumer experience to drive higher conversion or engagement Manage vendor relations with regard to external services, build vs buy Understand how to define success and measure impact. Ability to set priorities and make tradeoffs based on business and user needs. Work collaboratively with the marketing, merchandising and web development teams to understand the target customers' challenges when using a particular product and then design an elegant solution that helps customers solve those challenges. Required Education and/or Experience Hands on experience with agile methodologies as a Product Owner (preferably in B2B and B2C ecommerce) Excellent project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects across critical deadlines. Capable of driving projects across cross-functional teams. Blend of technical, management, creative, business and marketing skills. Strong understanding of User Experience best practices Exceptional leadership, communication and presentation skills Strong technology background; ability to communicate effectively with web development team. The ability and desire to work in a position that requires both strategic and tactical focus. Experience in A/B testing and data analytics to inform digital product roadmap. Strong familiarity of emerging technologies, capabilities, and solutions Strong understanding of ecommerce analytics and metrics 4-6 years of supervisory experience Bachelor's degree Desired Qualifications Experience with Magento and/or Shopify platforms B2B and B2C website experience
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
