Assigned tasks at DTC may include:
Processing paperwork in internal software programs.
Preparing customer billing / invoice creation.
Review sales and marketing materials.
Document creation and preparation.
CRM and database maintenance.
Coordinate with vendors.
Invoice collection.
Required Skills / Experience Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Extremely detail oriented.
Strong communication skills.
Understanding of MS Office software suite.
Ability to work within PDF files.
Preferred Skills / Experience College degree or equivalent.
Experience with developing internal processes and filing systems.
Process documentation.
QuickBooks.
Fundamental accounting principles.
Ability to work within CRM tools.
Insurance / benefits administration The position of Administrative Assistant will require the candidate to work in the office during the training period.
Hybrid work is available at the management discretion after the 90-day introductory period.
