We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is passionate about accounting and is able to work with a team of professionals in a fast-paced environment.
Duties include:
Provide accounting support to the controller.
Generate and upload invoices.
Assist with gathering complete documents.
Provide assistance and support to company personnel as needed.
Research and resolve accounting documentation discrepancies.
Function in accordance with established standards, procedures.
Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, ability to work independently, and ability to meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills, ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external customers.
Strong problem solving skills, ability to identify opportunities for improvement, identify defects in current processes or procedures, and suggest improvements to improve efficiency.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where deadlines are often difficult to achieve.
Quickbooks experience is desired.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
