Accounting Assistant duties include managing accounting records and procedures, keeping financial records updated, and providing accounting and clerical support.
To be successful in this role, you should have a pleasant personality, be a team player, and enjoy working with people.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Provide accounting, clerical, and technical support to our sales team Provide accounting, clerical, and administrative support to our leadership team Process accounts payable and receivable duties including collections and payments Assist with month-end, year-end closing procedures Provide clerical support to Executive Team Perform other tasks as assigned by the Executive Team or management Experience High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required 2
years of experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk preferred but not required Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures and practices along with the ability to apply principles of accounting principles to ensure accuracy and completeness of records Familiarity with general ledger functions including salesforce experience preferred but not required Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software packages (e.
g.
, Quickbooks) preferred but not required Job Type:
