The primary purpose of this position is to complete administrative tasks to ensure consistency and accuracy for policies, procedures, and documentation across all divisions.
To facilitate the project, the Project Coordinator works with project managers on compliance, scheduling, timekeeping, documentation, and other tasks.
The Project Coordinator will complete tasks based on developed procedures, policies, standards, and direction the Project Management Manager provides.
Essential Job Functions Coordinate with Project Managers on project timelines Project compliance, including contract review, insurance, prequalification, licensing, etc.
Readily complete tasks associated with project timelines and deadlines Proactively monitor, track, and recommend necessary action to deliver projects at or below the estimated cost Responsible for arrangements supporting installation and pre-work site inspections Coordinate with other departments to execute phases of the project Preparation of weekly and monthly reports Create project closeout documentation Coordinate and book crew travel arrangements Schedule support labor for projects with approved vendors Answer telephone as needed Coordinate crew requests Timesheet management and verification USDOT program compliance and documentation enforcement Perform tasks to support office functions and business growth necessities Administrative support, including distributing mail and filing Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Physical Demands This is a largely sedentary role.
This position may require the employee to sit at a computer station/desk for up to 8 hours daily.

The employee must be able to use hands and fingers to operate a keyboard and phone and to file and operate office equipment.
This position may require some walking, bending, reaching, and standing.
