We are looking for a customer service Rep.
with previous customer service experience.
You need to be computer savvy and type at least 25-35 WPM.
This position is a full or part time position and weekends are needed.
We have flexible hours for people.
We are a Family Owned Company! At this time we are looking for employees who can work weekends! As a service company, we are open 7 days a week.
Customer Service Call Center Work description includes answering calls from customers with water heater & air conditioning issues.
We use a unique computer scheduling program for our plumbers.
You would also do some dispatching of our team to their jobs, closing out jobs, etc.
The right candidate must be patient, empathetic, and able to communicate well.
You need to have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage the day effectively.
Skills/Requirements:
- Customer Service and/or Dispatching experience preferred.
- Weekends Required - Ability to handle incoming calls for service - Must be able to type 25-35 WPM and be computer savvy - Must be responsible, dependable, and a team player Benefits Offered:
