Our vision for 2023 is to continue to grow one of the most collaborative and experienced interdisciplinary teams serving the greater Los Angeles region of California, including San Fernando Valley, Antelope Valley, Santa Clarita Valley, San Gabriel Valley, and surrounding areas of Los Angeles including South Central Los Angeles and West Los Angeles.
For this reason, we are looking for the best pediatric therapists, baby whisperers, to join our journey and co-create with us! Our licensed pediatric therapy team includes Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, & Speech Language Pathologists.
Our typical therapist brings over 5 years of direct clinical experience working with infants, toddlers, and children under the age of 3 years of age.

Our ideal candidates for the job are interdisciplinary pediatric therapy clinicians (Licensed Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists) that:

are qualitative by nature and detail oriented in which they excel in communication (written, verbal, nonverbal) are transparent and authentic in what their goals are and what they are seeking so that the organization can ensure you are an optimal fit are willing to commit to at least 20 billable treatment visits per week scheduled for part-time employment or at least 30 billable treatment visits per week scheduled for full-time employment.

We do offer many ways to bring stability of your pay while offering great earning potential, benefits are in a league of their own for our sector, and independence and flexibility are a top attribute for our roles! COMPENSATION INFO:
Our roles are all set up with a billable treatment rate for licensed OT, PT, SLPs between $45 to $65 per billable hour based on funding of that exact service and region, along with additional administrative reimbursement at $18 per hour for time-based functions outside of billable time like driving, documentation, etc.
The global billable equivalency ranges from $55 to $75.
We then have a bonus structure that is based on averaging 25 billable hours per week or greater in which you can earn an additional $10 increase to your rate to put you global equivalency at $65 to $85.
At 25 billable hours per week for 50 weeks, you are earning between $81,250 to $106,250.

The compensation named above does not even include the value of your pay for PTO, paid holidays, benefits (including base plan up to 90% of medical coverage), and a 401k that includes profit sharing.
Our top producers averaging 30 billable hours per week for 50 weeks, earn up to $127,500 based on $85 global equivalency.
