CDG is a Point of Purchase Display company serving retail and consumer product companies for over 25 years.
Responsibilities:
Support sales staff, as needed, in order to meet or exceed customer requirements and expectations.
Maintains active communication between sales staff, clients and manufacturing personnel concerning order status.
Ensures company policies and procedures are followed in a timely and accurate manner.
Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information.
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
Communicate all information to the necessary project team members.
Develops thorough understanding of customer base, market and individual customer needs.
Respond promptly to clients inquires.
Perform other duties, as assigned such as maintaining client's spreadsheets and meeting notes, filing, scanning, etc.
Monitor and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; tracks orders, investigates problems and reconciles inventory counts to computer-generated report.
Creates Quotes, Master Orders, Purchase Requests and Billing Summaries.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Advertising / POP / Related Fields.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills with internal and external customers at all levels of the organization providing courteous, timely and accurate information.
Demonstrated ability to solve problems involving several variables while operating in a dynamic, fluid, team-oriented environment.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and to prioritize situations requiring urgent attention is critical.
Time management and organization skills are required.
Flexibility and willingness to learn new concepts, processes and product information.
Knowledge and experience on Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Suite Knowledge and experience on Microsoft Teams and Zoom If you feel you qualified for this position please send your resume only as PDF File or Word File.
