com JOB DESCRIPTION Support management team in building systems, growing sales, and overcoming obstacles MUST have computer skills including data entry Act as an enforcer for ALL data entered in NetSuite this will mainly include tasks that support management in ensuring inventory, sales, purchases, transfers, and shipments are entered with 100% accuracy.
The system needs 24/7 meticulous eye balls and while it may sound monotonous; it's accuracy drastically impacts our ability to do business and to grow business.
Managing customer relationships in a pro-active manner Respond to customer inquiries via phone/email and develop relationships with stores we sell to Provide consistent and excellent customer support Transfer orders into our system (NetSuite) with the correct information (e.
