The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering and routing phone calls, managing incoming and outgoing mail, providing administrative support to the team, and maintaining office supplies.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
Manage office supplies and order new supplies when needed.
Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
Schedule appointments and meetings.
Perform data entry and filing duties.
