Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office - Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using the dental office's phone system - Verify patient insurance coverage and assist with insurance claims - Collect and process patient payments - Maintain patient records and update information as necessary - Assist with managing the dental office's appointment schedule - Provide excellent customer service to patients and address any inquiries or concerns Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a receptionist/treatment coordinator in a dental office setting is a must, minimum 5 years.
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is a plus - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using phone systems and computer software for scheduling appointments and managing patient records Job Type:
