Manage office staff, providing support and guidance as needed Oversee the day-to-day general office operations Greet visitors and guests in a polite and professional manner Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate communication and customer service Maintain and update company records, including employee files and client information, as needed Ensure that the office and facilities is clean, safe, and well-maintained Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary Collaborate with other departments to streamline office procedures and improve overall efficiency QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Previous 1 year experience in an office management or similar role Strong organizational and administrative skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of office procedures and equipment Job Type:
