DESCRIPTION Our Company is currently hiring an Office Assistant.
We are currently looking for new team members with 5 years verifiable office experience.
Job Duties and Required Skills Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Attention to detail Work well under pressure Assist with document control, filing and routing accurately Answer phones, monitor company email Data entry Create purchase orders Scanning, copying, faxing, and labeling Type bids / change orders, print drawings, and process take-offs Able to multitask and prioritize Ability to communicate accurately and clearly Construction office experience a plus Experience with Foundation Construction Software a plus COMPENSATION Pay rate will be based upon factors such as experience and industry standards.
