is the perfect place for you! We are seeking a Full-time in-person Admission and Sales Manager, to join our innovative and dynamic teams in the beautiful city of Valencia.
We are looking for a strong leader, experienced healthcare office manager who has an easygoing and flexible personality, who is a great team player who has strong verbal and written communication skills, a passion for helping people and understanding mental health needs.
We are looking for a person who would help our patients with her/his strong problem-solving skills and ability to find a solution in any situation.
The position is full-time in office.

Duties and
Responsibilities:
Maximizes sales conversions from intakes and follow-up appointments for the admission and scheduling department.
Oversees and monitors front desk activities and efficiency of conversion of intakes.
Maximizes scheduling capacity of each clinician per day to meet the daily caseload goal KPI.
Holds admin staff accountable for productivity & quality of the intake paperwork, and its completion with all mandatory signatures.
Oversees and manages the accuracy of insurance eligibility checking and claims declines.
Holds admin staff accountable in productivity & QA.
Manages high-quality customer service and trains all admins on a consistent basis.
Coordinates intake assignments with the clinical director for the best interest of the patients.
Provides sales and admission, scheduling, and patient onboarding training on a consistent basis to all admin staff.
Tracks and provides inspections of supply and inventory.
Coordinates Orders supply with the Financial Manager and tracks front desk and supply expenses.
Provides daily and weekly reports of scheduling and cancellations.
Provides weekly and monthly reports regarding Front Desk Productivity.
Coordinates with the marketing department for all marketing activities and printing material needs.
Resolves issues related to patients' complaints.
Coordinates office occupancy by providers with the Clinical Director.
Coordinates operations activities, systems, and processes between the Clinic Department, Billing Department, and Front Desk.
Builds community network relationships with local healthcare professionals.
Inspects office management and readiness for work production in the admin office and for clinicians.
Ensures daily communication lines and IT are ready for office work.
Admin staff recruiting, hiring, and onboarding.
Manages Division 2 and Departments 4, 5, and 6.
Monitor and manage the admin team's KPI and report on it daily.
Reports to the Administrative Director on all measures and KPIs daily and weekly.
Participates in Community Outreach marketing activities with the Marketing department, Clinical Director, and Administrative Director.
Has strong sales experience and regularly trains the staff on selling and promoting services.

Qualifications:
BA Degree in healthcare administration or related field 3 years of management experience in the medical field 2 years of scheduling experience 3 years experience in insurance credentialing 2 years experience in insurance billing and eligibility checking Preferred 2 years minimum in mental health or behavioral health Top 5 Job Competencies (required for success in this position):
