Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all administrative functions of the office - Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence - Assist with budgeting and financial management tasks - Develop and implement training programs for office staff - Maintain and organize files, records, and documents - Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role - Must have very strong computer skills.
We use a few different programs and transitioning the office to a paperless office.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Detail-oriented with strong clerical abilities Note:
