Job Duties:
Performance of all work orders, maintenance and repairs at the property as assigned Prepare vacant units to Company market ready standards.
Complete regularly scheduled preventive maintenance activities.
Maintain the shop and storage areas in a clean, orderly, safe, and secure fashion.
Walk the property daily paying attention to appearance, deficiencies and general cleanliness of all areas.
Treat residents with respect, efficiency and courtesy.
Requirements for Maintenance Technician:
Full-time position Must be HVAC certified, or be willing to obtain certification within 6 months Must have experience involving air conditioning, heating, carpentry, plumbing and electrical systems Must be available for 24 hour on-call service, as assigned Must possess a set of basic hand tools to use in performance of duties Must have a good history of dependability and job performance Must have adequate computer skills A minimum of 2 years experience in multifamily maintenance or construction as a technician is preferred Must possess a current and valid Driver's License Compensation/
Benefits:
The hourly rate for this position generally ranges between $24.
