Flexible 9/80 (every other Friday off) This is an onsite position.
The successful candidate will have an educational background in Civil Engineering, Urban Development or Landscape Architecture.
You should have 10 years of experience working with private development, municipal, and public works clients.
Responsible for the full lifecycle relationship within Los Angeles County and for selling all company services, regardless of internal or business unit structureDevelops significant new business, leads client teams and participates on other client teams, leads cross-business unit selling, assesses client technology trends, and performs client sales forecastingMonitors project performance on their client's projectEngages in project recovery and supports collectionsClient Team Leader is responsible for client profitabilityServe as pursuit champion and project manager/director as appropriate for Land DevelopmentProvide design leadership to project teams,Review engineering documents and deliverables for contractual requirementsAttracting, developing, and retaining key talentWork with the group leader to ensure the office meets business unit metricsAdhere to firmware tools, processes and policies including project accounting (set up, budgeting.
