We are currently searching for a highly motivated Vice President, Food & Beverage Experience who is responsible for the seamless delivery of our shipboard Guest Food & Beverage function. This group is comprised of F&B Services, Beverage Operations and Culinary teams across the company's fleet of vessels. This person will report directly to the Sr. Vice President of Guest Operations.

Responsibilities
Develops the global delivery of Guest Food & Beverage Service and Operations across our fleet of 17 ships, including specialized regional cuisine based on the global deployment of our ships.
Provides leadership direction for the transformation of Guest Experience personalized interactions through the enablement of the OCEAN platform and OCEAN Medallion.
Ensures quality control of our Guest Food & Beverage Services and Product Development in a dynamic and innovative environment, all the while keeping operations in line with service standards and policies and procedures.
Proactively manages relationships with multiple business partners to drive the execution of new dining and bar concepts achieving profitable operations all aligned with our brand and departmental strategies.
Manages the operational effectiveness of the Guest Food & Beverage Services resources, ensuring that best practices, policies and procedures are followed throughout the fleet.
Proactively drives revenue targets and profitability within Food & Beverage Operations and works with senior management, direct reports and business partners to control operational costs, while ensuring smart deployment of resources in a challenging operating environment.
Leads regular meetings with business partners, team members and shipboard management to develop mid to long term strategic plan initiatives that will improve and enhance the Guest Food & Beverage experience and drive incremental demand and associated onboard revenue.
Must be unafraid to try new approaches and ideas, leveraging innovation in processes and design thinking to drive experimentation, fast failure and fostering an environment of constant learning.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Culinary Science or related field.
MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
10+ years of extensive business management or multi-unit hotel leadership experience.
Luxury hotel experience preferred.
Elevated sense of design
Direct experience managing creative teams and individuals in challenging projects.
Strong communicator and proven leader with the ability to drive collaboration and teamwork.
Preferred strong background in catering facilities planning, including equipment specifications for F&B and hotel areas along with their technical and practical applications.
Strong analytical aptitude and skills for ROI measurement.
P&L management and capital planning experience required.
Approximately 10% travel to visit agency partners and corporate headquarters in Miami.
Extensive travel required, inclusive of domestic and international locations with frequent visits to the ships in the fleet.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
