Key Responsibilities
Inspects seal caps for defects or deviations, ensuring adherence to specifications and conformance to standards.
Ensure accurate records are maintained for inventory purposes.
Already has experience or ability to learn all aspects of the seal cap process production, stripping/cutting, inspection, and packaging.
Willingness and ability to work at all stations within the seal cap process as required.
Participates in 5S and lean activities.
Contributes to achieving team goals by communicating ideas, suggestions, and assistance, e.g. identifying and communicating ways to save time, effort, and resources.
Abides by all safety procedures.
Performs other tasks as assigned.
Experience and Education
High School diploma. At least one year of directly applicable experience preferred
Functional and Technical Skills
Ability to do arithmetic calculations accurately and handle complex orders.
Candidates must have a good comprehension of the English language, both written and verbal.
Be able to effectively manually assemble parts using hands, fingers, hand tools, power tools, and basic jigs and fixtures.
Must be able to wear required PPE (safety glasses, static dissipating steel toe shoes, uniforms, gloves, hard hat and respirator).
Basic computer skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
