About the role:
To drive business growth through focused market/competitive analysis and the execution of a long term strategic marketing plan in coordination with global regions. The Downstream Product Manager is responsible for supporting product commercialization, marketing programs including channel management, sales force education, and managing post launch continuation marketing.
Your responsibilities include:
MARKET & CUSTOMER INSIGHT: Develop and conduct market research and competitive analysis to possess in depth knowledge of markets, customers, and products and their drivers for growth. Gain knowledge of disease states. Create and implement market development strategies to target key customers.
MARKETING STRATEGY: Support development and implementation of strategic & tactical plans to ensure profitability, scalability, global impact and customer value for the business. Set direction for budget for his/her product. Ensure plans are consistent with division's strategic plans/objectives. Establish strong relationships with regional and functional counterparts to contribute to regional marketing launches and plans.
MARKETING STRATEGY EXECUTION: Collaborate with global team to ensure his/her product is incorporated into commercial activities and aligned across regions. Support product commercialization for launching new products and continuation marketing of existing products, including web/digital content and collateral development, creating product positioning, marketing messaging, competitive positioning, launch/promotional campaigns, and sales and physician education programs. Manage communications of clinical data and competitive/industry updates. Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute on marketing deliverables. Integrate internal/external customer feedback for continuous improvements.
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders in field; Develop ongoing communication and relationships with key internal functional areas critical to success, including Regulatory, R&D, Sales, Regional Management, Operations, Training and Global Marketing. Collaboratively work with Upstream Marketing to provide input for development of products.
What we're looking for in you:
Bachelor's degree in life science or related field required. M.B.A. or advanced degree strongly preferred.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a marketing role. Downstream product management experience required.
Previous product launch experience required
Customer facing experience required , sales experience strongly preferred
Medical device industry experience strongly preferred; experience with Class III devices a plus
Ability to collaborate and work with others in a dynamic, matrix environment
Strong analytic and strategic thinking ability
Strong interpersonal, communication, and written skills
Ability to complete assignments of an advanced degree of complexity, working under little supervision on specific tasks or projects
15% travel may be required

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
